Manage DNS, servers, applications (SAP Hana, Joget system, other CRM system, SCM System, payroll Infotech system, account SAP, e-invoicing, Purchasing posting) , and integration.
Ensure system uptime and scalability.
Manage vendor support.

System stability / zero downtime.
3: Security & Compliance (Main Focus)
Lead cybersecurity, compliance, and IT governance.
Develop policies, roadmaps, and long-term IT goals.
Ensure compliance training and regulatory requirements are met.
Liaise with external vendors, auditors, and compliance bodies.
Report to MD on IT strategy and risk.
