Develop and implement the company's IT strategy, policies, and long-term technology roadmap.
Align IT objectives and programs with overall business goals and operational needs.
Plan and manage the annual IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to support business growth and digital transformation.
Oversee the management, maintenance, and performance of all IT systems, networks, and servers.
Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of IT infrastructure and business systems.
Supervise IT operations including system backups, disaster recovery, and data management.
Coordinate system upgrades, hardware replacements, and preventive maintenance.
Monitor and respond to security threats, breaches, and vulnerabilities.
Ensure compliance with data protection laws, software licensing, and company IT policies.
Conduct regular IT audits, risk assessments, and security awareness training.
Oversee network management, server configuration, and system performance monitoring.
Manage user access, email systems, and software deployment across the organization.
Ensure efficient IT support services for employees and departments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues escalated from the support team.
Prepare regular IT performance reports, including system uptime, helpdesk metrics, and project progress.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT policies, procedures, configurations, and licenses.
Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Professional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, ITIL, PMP, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are an advantage.
Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in IT operations, system administration, or infrastructure management.
At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
Proven experience in network management, cybersecurity, and project implementation.
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, servers, cloud computing, and data security.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows Server and backup systems.
Ability to plan and execute system upgrades, IT migrations, and integration projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong strategic thinking and project management abilities.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
