Network Support Technician

Industry : IT Network , CCTV & Access Systems

Salary : RM3,500 - RM4,000

Working Hours: 5 Days, 9am - 6pm

Location : Taman Pelangi JB

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Network Support Technician to join our technical team. The role involves supporting daily network operations, assisting in project tasks, and ensuring smooth delivery of IT solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare quotations and system proposals based on client needs Conduct technical research to support solution design Assist in project coordination and implementation Perform LAN and basic electrical cabling, including termination and labelling Source and arrange IT equipment required for deployments Configure and troubleshoot electronic security systems (CCTV, Access Control, etc.) Carry out PC hardware/software installation and maintenance Conduct server checks, maintenance, and general upkeep Manage and support network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls Set up and support printers and related devices Provide both on-site and off-site technical support when needed Prepare documentation, service reports, and maintain accurate records Work closely with clients to ensure smooth project progress
Requirements :

Nitec / Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Electronics & related fields At least 2 years of experience in IT support, networking, cabling, or infrastructure Comfortable working on-site, including occasional outdoor work Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:

IT support: 2 years (Preferred) Computer networking: 2 years (Preferred)
