To lead Security operations detection, investigation, analysis assessment and response team for global customers in Cyber operation
Delivering threat management services as per customer contractual requirements; whilst maintaining Security standards, doing so in a cost-effective manner.
Manages escalations across functional teams and driving incident response as and when required
Focus on automation and standardization via playbook, defined templates and effective use of technology to achieve efficiency and standardization.
Onboard and retain talented individuals along with performance management, coaching and career growth
Resource planning, demand and supply forecast for new customer onboarding and transition planning
Provide assurance, and ensure that the contractual service levels are measured and achieved
Build skill gap matrix and work on team's developments to make sure team is future ready for upcoming technologies and threat management strategy
Develop Security best practices and drive the execution across teams with continuous improvement.
Ensure full awareness of the need to safeguard sensitive customer information at all times, so that customers perceive Co to be a trustworthy organization
Be point of contact as operational consultant for any new opportunity to understand & define scope and build effort estimation.
Responsible for the creation and development of defined Mitigation plans for any service improvement, ensuring the appropriate communication and procedures are in place towards the customer.
Support on boarding of new customers and new platform for operation team's use
Continually assess, and reduce risk against the current threat landscape providing customer focused improvements, productivity gains, and cost efficiencies.
Conduct scheduled service meetings in line with agreed contractual obligations with key internal & external stakeholders
Delivery Security awareness training as well as Anti Phishing campaign to increase Protection of Security infrastructure
Requirement:
To support the shaping of Security Operations, with a mind-set of improving self, BT, and the customer experience.
Experience in leading Security Operation
Extensive knowledge and experience of risk management and business continuity management.
Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, PCI, and NIST
Certification like CISM, CISSP, GCIH preferred
Excellent leader with a proven track record of building high performing, well-motivated teams.
Experience of customer facing roles, and knowledge of the business drivers to help operational teams deliver relevant, effective, efficient and quality service to customers
