IT Network Executive

Responsibilities

Provide first-level IT and network support (LAN, Wi-Fi, basic connectivity) Troubleshoot PCs, printers, IP phones, and basic hardware issues Provide first-level support for hospital systems (HIS / LIS / PACS) Log and update IT support tickets Escalate complex issues to vendors or senior IT staff Support system downtime and basic IT operations

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field Basic knowledge of networking and Windows OS Minimum

3 years

IT support or network support experience Experience in

private hospital / healthcare environment

is an advantage Willing to be on-call or work after hours when required

System Developer Executive

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain in-house hospital systems Build forms, workflows, and automation using Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate) Support hospital systems and in-house applications at first level Troubleshoot basic system access, workflow, and application issues Develop simple dashboards or reports (Power BI / SharePoint) Log and track system support tickets Support system downtime, upgrades, and IT operations

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer Science / Software Engineering or related field Experience with Microsoft 365 platform (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate) Basic knowledge of web development (PHP, MySQL, HTML) is an advantage Minimum

2-3 years

experience in system development or application support Hospital or healthcare IT experience is an advantage Willing to work on-call or after hours when required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
