Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks
Configure and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls
Maintain network documentation and reports
Provide technical support and respond to network-related incidents
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Proven experience in IT networking or network support
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs
Experience with Cisco, Ruijie or similar networking equipment
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
