Job Description

This role primarily involves operationalizing the delivery of IT services and projects, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring adherence to cybersecurity standards for the business operations of the organization. The IT Operations and Service Management personnel collaborates with internal teams and vendors to ensure service availability, performance, and security standards.You will be part of a team of 5 specialising in project delivery and IT Operations.

• Collaborate with the technology and digital team to define, design, implement, and support the technology and digital roadmap to enhance the enterprise environment.
• Act as the custodian of IT processes and policies, ensuring compliance and governance.
• Manage IT infrastructure/operational projects, including vendor coordination, commercial processes, and timely delivery.
• Develop, update, and report on the quality of internal controls health checks, identify gaps related to IT risks, cybersecurity, and compliance.
• Oversee IT service desk performance, critical situation management, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Monitor IT Shared Services, vendor performance, SLA adherence, and internal controls for IT risks and compliance.
• Serve as the point of contact for the Security Operations Centre, preparing security communications and ensuring cybersecurity standards.
• Drive continuous improvement within the technology and digital workspace.

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, IT. cybersecurity or relevant discipline. Project Management certification is highly desirable.
• 5+ years experience in IT Operations with project delivery experience.
• Proactive problem solver and an independent worker, able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn new technology & digital landscape.
• Effective team player, willing to pitch in when needed and thrive in a fast-paced on-call environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of stakeholders across the entire organization and wider group as needed.
