POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

• Reporting to the team leader, the post-holder is responsible for providing an excellent of 2nd level support to MAHB groups and IT Division, giving support across the whole of business structure in front and back office functions. The role will have oversight of IT Operations including service delivery, documentations, identity management and infrastructure system support

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• To maintain and manage Endpoint Infrastructure system support related services
• To prepare relevant purchasing documents and procurement approval
• To develop and maintain automation scripts and processes, creating and managing software packages and updates, troubleshooting endpoint issues and collaborating with other teams
• To ensure endpoint security and performance according to MAISP
• To plan, deploy and manage company software remotely as required by stakeholders
• To monitor and maintain assigned incident and service requests on daily basis
• To ensure unit objectives (OTP) are successfully executed and fulfilled.
• To ensure SLAs are properly followed in handling and escalating IR based on severity and priority level
• To collaborate with vendors, outsource partners and other stakeholders
• To provide technical support to end-users for endpoint device issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting and resolution
• To perform 1st and 2nd level support - Remote troubleshoot on application or device problems

Relevant Industries

EXTERNAL

• Degree holder with minimum CGPA 3.

Education

External

• Degree in IT related discipline in ICT background OR a Diploma in IT related discipline with minimum experience of 5 year in ICT background.
