ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
To assist Senior Executive in terms of operation and daily tasks for ACAM and CCTV
Secondary point of contact in terms of security system related incident and service requests
covering KLIA, klia2, Corporate Office and other airports * To perform and follow-up 2nd level troubleshooting
To perform root cause analysis based on all incidents and service reported which relates to
security system * To monitor preventive maintenance done according to schedule by IT Infrastructure, IT
Support and other related parties. * To manage and liaise contractors and suppliers with respect to services and goods delivery
To assist in preparing PRF for purchasing parts, equipment and other related services for
ACAM and CCTV * To assist in managing inventories/spare parts for ACAM including disposal activities
Other responsibilities as instructed by the superior
