Entry-Level IT Pre-Sales Engineer (0-3 years experience)

Role Overview:

An Entry-Level IT Pre-Sales Engineer supports senior engineers and the sales team by assisting with customer requirement analysis, solution design, and technical presentations. This role provides foundational exposure to both technical and business aspects of IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in gathering customer requirements during sales meetings. Participate in initial discovery calls to understand client pain points. Support the sales team by addressing basic technical inquiries. Collaborate with senior engineers to design IT solutions tailored to client needs. Conduct research on emerging technologies and new products. Document solution designs and configurations under supervision. Prepare technical presentations and product demonstrations. Contribute to RFI/RFP response documentation. Assist in developing pricing and proposal documentation. Maintain a repository of technical solutions and case studies. Complete vendor training and certifications (e.g., CCNA, AWS Cloud Practitioner). Stay updated on current industry trends and competitive technologies. Shadow senior engineers during customer meetings for hands-on learning.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
