Conduct supplier market research and identify potential vendors.
Manage end-to-end sourcing processes including RFPs, RFQs, and negotiations.
Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies.
Draft, review, and manage supplier contracts ensuring compliance with company policies.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Prepare reports and dashboards to track procurement KPIs and savings initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain analysis.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data tools.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Experience in the Financial Industry (preferred)
