Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

IT Procurement / Sourcing Analyst

to join our team. In this role, you will manage supplier relationships, drive cost optimization, and ensure procurement processes align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. This position offers the opportunity to influence strategic decisions and enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of our IT supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct supplier market research and identify potential IT vendors. Manage end-to-end sourcing processes, including RFPs, RFQs, evaluations, and negotiations. Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement effectiveness. Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and align sourcing strategies. Draft, review, and manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and maintain strong vendor relationships. Prepare procurement reports and dashboards to track KPIs, savings, and sourcing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain analysis. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar data tools. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in the

Financial Services Industry

(preferred).

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
