:Brief Position Description:The IT Procurement and Asset Management Specialist works within the IT Service Delivery and Compliance Team to oversee the daily and long-term strategic management of IT Hardware and Software Assets for Novotech Health Holdings with a focus on optimal procurement to meet rapid staff growth, vendor/supplier cost and performance management, commercial software procurement + compliance, fixed asset, and related financial reporting.Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in an information technology related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in global asset management.
• Experience in IT Asset Management and discovery tools.
• Ability to gather and analyse asset metrics to ensure inventory data is accurate and stock levels are adequately maintained.
• An understanding of the ISO 27001 standard framework.
• Ability to review and integrate current processes to enable optimum and effective strategy development.

Responsibilities:

• Management of suppliers, establishment of contacts and pricing agreements.
• Execution of procurement operations (pricing negotiation, quotations, order placing).
• Execution of inventory operations (stocking, stock replenishment, stock inspection, and stock returning).
• Work with IT Service Delivery and Office Admin teams on effective supply and distribution channels.
• Liaise with Finance on projected headcounts and negotiate with vendors to ensure optimal procurement of licensing.
• Work with functional and operations owners to develop financial year budgets to ensure adequate new and current business requirements are met.
