Bosch has been present in Malaysia since 1923, represented by Robert Bosch Sdn Bhd. In Malaysia, Bosch is active in four business sectors: Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology. The company has three manufacturing sites and research and development offices in Penang, producing automotive electronics, power tools and steering systems, and soon a fourth plant with a final testing centre for sensors and semiconductors. In 2020, Bosch Malaysia generated consolidated sales of RM 518.4 million (108.1 million euros), and currently employs more than 4,000 associates.

PgP5 Plant is Bosch Group\xe2\x80\x99s newest expansion in Malaysia a semiconductor test site in Batu Kawan Penang. The construction has begun in May 2021 and first series of production to commence in 2023. With the long-term forecasts for growth of semiconductor component quantities, coupled with the front-end production in Bosch\xe2\x80\x99s Dresden facility in Germany, capacity expansion is required for the back-end production, which is the final testing phase of semiconductors and sensors. PgP5 will primarily focus on the final testing of components manufactured at Bosch Automotive Electronics\xe2\x80\x99 fab in Dresden, Germany. The plant will also house R&D and training facilities.

• Generate templates and reports with data analysis tools (e.g. PowerBI, Spotfire, Tableau)
• Test data analysis using IT tools and statiscal methods
• Generate KPI reports and track KPIs
• You perform test data analysis with IT tools and statistical methods to benchmark test sites or investigate performance of new manufacturing sites.
• Coordinate Bosch internal change management, generate and track engineering change requests for semiconductor products
• Set up of product master data for new products within our international production network
• Support go-life of our global product data base
• Key user for data analysis and traceability tools (e.g. E2open)
• Requalification of automotive Sensor
• Coordinate manufacturing data of IC products in an international production network in cooperation with the development and manufacturing departments

• Minimum 3 years to 5 years working experience in the semiconductor industry, preferable at least 3 years of related field of data analysis, work process calculations or lean production
• At least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in IT or Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering
• Possess strong communication skills (both verbal & written)
• Good IT skills, standard office software as well as programming language
• Candidates must be proactive with ability to work in a team and provide positive influence to improve
• Good listener with negotiation skills
• Able to perform manufacturing analysis (facts and figures)
• Candidate must be an accurate person with detailed and results oriented
• Able to determine cost saving and quality improvement potential in his/her area with focus on company vision, mission, strategy and goals (SQCD)
• Open for business trip and able to travel to China and Germany for training
