Job Description


As a IT Project Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting IT project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects. You will work collaboratively with project teams, stakeholders, and technical experts to ensure successful project delivery. The role requires you to be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills.

This is a Contractual role for 6 months directly with our Adecco ANZ team & reports directly to the VP - Information Technology in ANZ . The role maybe renewed post 6 months of satisfactory work.

Accountabilities

Project Management
  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of IT projects.
  • Track project progress and report on project status to the project team and stakeholders.
  • Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible.
  • Manage project-related data in various project management tools and systems.
  • Attend project meetings and record minutes and action items.
  • Communicate with project stakeholders to gather information, clarify project requirements, and provide project updates.
  • Assist with budget tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate with technical resources to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet project requirements.
  • Ensure project risks and issues are identified, documented, and tracked to resolution.
  • Support project managers in the coordination of project tasks and activities.
Job Requirement

Education
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology or related field.
Experience
  • 1 to 2 years of work experience in a similar industry desirable
Requirements
  • Prior experience in project administration or coordination is preferred.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
