• Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field. A master\'s degree is a plus.
• At least 5-7 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of consistently delivering projects on-time, within budget, and meeting the client\'s requirements
• PMP certification is a plus, but not required
• Strong knowledge and experience in implementing enterprise software solutions for the telecommunications industry.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Preferably someone from Telco or Banking industry

Tanggungjawab

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring that all project objectives are met
• Lead the project team throughout the project lifecycle to ensure project milestones are achieved on time, and within budget
• Liaise with clients to ensure project requirements are understood, and expectations are met
• Identify and manage project risks, taking proactive measures to minimise delays or budget overruns
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, internal and external, to ensure a successful project outcome
• Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and at the highest quality
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, including management and clients
• Coach, mentor, and manage the project team to ensure delivery of quality work- Analyze project data and metrics to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement- Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible
• Identify areas for innovation or process improvement, and work in collaboration with other teams to improve processes and tools
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements.
