Responsibilities & Skills

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to established plans and schedules.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of IT infrastructure and systems.

Stakeholder Management:

• Identify project stakeholders and establish strong working relationships.
• Communicate project objectives, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Proactively address stakeholder concerns and resolve conflicts as they arise.

Budget and Resource Management:

• Develop project budgets and track expenditures, ensuring adherence to allocated funds.
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize project efficiency and productivity.
• Identify resource gaps and work with management to secure necessary resources.
• Provide regular updates on project financials and resource utilization.

Quality Assurance and Risk Management:

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
• Proactively identify and assess project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and address project issues, escalating critical concerns, as necessary.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and incorporate lessons learned into future projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8 Years of proven experience as an IT Technical Project Manager, overseeing complex technology projects.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and technologies.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• PMP or other relevant certifications are desirable.
