Job Description

Join our Airline Tech team and deliver successful IT projects while reporting to the PMO team. As an Intern PMO, you\'ll champion:Manage project scope, schedule, risks, issues, budget, communication, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management for small to medium projects.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to meet all deliverables and milestones, ensuring effective project governance and ownership of the project schedule and forecast.Communicate and present effectively at all leadership levels, maintaining strong executive presence.Maintain quality standards and consistency in project methodology, providing feedback for product and process improvements.Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring all deliverables and milestones are met.Set resource expectations and project success criteria with stakeholders, ensuring stakeholder sign-off on key deliverables.Provide project governance, including scope control, risk and issue management, change control, and escalation management.Lead project cadence calls and possibly executive steering committees.Facilitate client relationship management and project transfer to internal teams.WHO YOU ARE:Currently pursuing a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree at a recognized university (last semester graduates are encouraged to apply).Background or qualifications in IT.Some experience with MS Project (if any)Able to work in Sepang (next to KLIA2) and travel as needed to collaborate with stakeholders.WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL ENJOY:
