Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 To lead in the system planning, design, procurement and implementation of the replacement of Loan Origination System (LOS) at agreed cost, scope and timeline. \xe2\x80\xa2 To manage & coordinate LOS initiatives with business project manager working with internal and external parties, including managing vendor, business users, IT stakeholder and etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Have an eye for detail and risks and enable proactive identification, communication, escalation and management of project risks as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Execute, track & manage System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) o Support in the evaluation and procurement of systems solutions to meet business requirements o Requirement Analysis - ensure completeness of the business & IT requirements o Manage and monitor environment readiness o Manage and monitor System Integration Testing (SIT) o Review User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tests script o Quality Control - Manage and control changes to the application objects to ensure system integrity o Implementation - Manage, coordinate deployment activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliance to the internal control and standards and also to comply with regulatory requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure SDLC documentation for new systems/enhancement is in order as per GIS guideline and procedure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Execute corrective & remediation measures with the relevant parties relating to audit and compliance findings, ensuring actions are taken within deadline. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure that applications and interfaces are designed to achieve optimal response time with efficient use of system resources. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage projects on a daily basis including tracking of timeline, monitor project status, issues, risks and change request to ensure the projects meet its goals and intended scope Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Project management and implementation of banking or related financial application systems with good working knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle \xe2\x80\xa2 Application knowledge or experience working with loan processing or Malaysia Regulatory Reporting & CRA systems such as CCRIS/CTOS/CBM is an added advantage but not necessary \xe2\x80\xa2 Experienced in managing stakeholders and vendors \xe2\x80\xa2 Experienced in leading and managing troubleshooting sessions from application perspective \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to lead, manage and deliver multiple projects at any one time \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands on experience in the management and systems support of banking applications \xe2\x80\xa2 Min 5 years of experience in IT application systems \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or any related fields \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent interpersonal skills, strong customer service culture and effective problem solving & analytical skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience working with AIX or LINUX environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Basic knowledge on Oracle, MySQL or DB2
