JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Title: Project Manager - Digital Applications Delivery Job Purpose: Project manager to deliver Digital Applications projects end to end from project initiation till project closure as per agreed scope, schedule and budget and ensuring quality and objectives are met. Key Responsibilities: Project manage / lead department assigned system projects and enhancement in work procedures Provide end-to-end project management for system enhancement, implementation and monitoring of end-to-end process to completion Develop project charter and project plan Prepare and obtain budget approvals Scope project requirements and prepare budgets Manage and control project scoping and schedule Establish change control board and obtain project approval Proactively manage, prioritize and negotiate timelines and deliverables where necessary to meet key business objectives. Collaborate with the relevant teams and/ or vendors to design, develop and implement projects To provide input and feedback for project resource including internal and external parties involved in the execution of the projects Managing project budget and costs To liaise with internal team or external vendors in sourcing, selection and implementation of software products. Managing project schedule to deliver projects on time Work with quality team and ensure project delivery adhered to quality standards Run project weekly status meeting and update weekly project status to management / key stakeholders Prepare and develop reports and updates to management and present in project steering committees as required Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks Highlight potential risks and issues and act proactively to resolve issues and firm up mitigation risk plan To analyze and manage the impacts, interfaces and inter-dependencies of different projects Seek opportunities to improve process and/or approach for continuous process improvement Working with production support in managing post live issues management during warranty period Project closure and post implementation review Job Specification: Qualifications (Basic Degree/Diploma etc.): Minimum Degree. Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements: PMP or PRINCE certification will be added advantage Relevant Work Experience: At least 8 years or more of project management experience with a proven track record in software implementation delivery Preference with project experience in internet banking or mobile applications or digital delivery projects Results-driven, problem solver with structuring and analytic capabilities Strong communicator that can serve multiple functions as needed Team player, ability to build, lead virtual teams, embraces changes, drive new technologies, and mentor others. Strong analytical and problem-solving skill. Self-starter and motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle multiple asks and assignments simultaneously Possess strong written, communication and analytical skills, result oriented, resourceful, independent and able to manage work within tight deadlines. Experience in handling of governance, audit and compliance for project delivery in financial/banking industry Strength in the areas of project planning, risk management, quality control and implementation, vendor management, collaboration Good knowledge of banking / financial services system. Required Competencies and Skills: Competencies/Skills: Strength in delivering medium and large scale projects from project inception through the entire project life cycle as per agreed scope, on time and on budget Excellent organization and time management skills Committed, self-motivated and dynamic individual, who can take ownership and manage project consists of resources from multi-department to ensure quality project delivery according to the agreed scope, time, and cost with quality. Strong strategic, interpersonal and communication skills; Able to work under pressure and deadline as well as quality driven; Dynamic in managing change and conflict; Competency in project risk and issue management High integrity and values focused Good communication skills in communicating to multiple stakeholders across different organisation across the organisation Microsoft projects and familiarity in project management tools Skilled in PowerPoint and presentation.
