We are hiring an IT Recruiter for a top global software company to manage end-to-end technical recruitment and partner closely with hiring managers. This role requires at least 3 years of IT recruitment experience, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
Develop and execute strategies to attract top IT talent.
Build and maintain talent pipelines through active sourcing, networking, and community engagement.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience and compliance with company policies.
Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen market presence.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree holder
Minimum 3 years of end-to-end IT recruitment experience.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage candidate and hiring manager expectations effectively.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
