Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, technical skills, and project needs.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen and evaluate candidates' technical skills and experience.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical assessments with clients.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Prepare and present candidate profiles to clients in a timely manner.
Negotiate salary packages and manage offer processes.
Maintain recruitment reports, databases, and pipelines.
Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and hiring best practices.
