Job Position: IT Representative
--This position will work at KL office, stores and warehouse in KL, JB, Penang Malaysia, and other APAC countries.
They need someone who can travel on business trips and move flexibly.IT Support desk operation
\xe3\x83\xbbInstall and configure IT devices\' hardware, software, with arranging network
\xe3\x83\xbbProvide IT technical support & handle all IT related matters in our ASEAN company
\xe3\x83\xbbRespond in a timely manner to handle issues and requests
\xe3\x83\xbbAddress cyber-security issue
\xe3\x83\xbbImplement & manage RPA, AI, or BI tool and Manage Excel VBA & Power BI
\xe3\x83\xbbInvestigate the root cause of the accident and make improvementsIT device Supplier Management
\xe3\x83\xbbEstimate and order all of IT devices(PC/Printer/Software/Network)
\xe3\x83\xbbMonitor IT vendors\' implementation work and managing the schedule
\xe3\x83\xbbNegotiate with IT vendors about the reasonable price or scope of IT product & service
\xe3\x83\xbbSetting any IT devices in each ASEAN country\'s site such as store, office.DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE\xe2\x96\xa0 MUST TO HAVE:
\xe3\x83\xbbMinimum Diploma/Degree from the IT studies
\xe3\x83\xbbGood in English (oral, written)
\xe3\x83\xbbHave at least 2 years of experience in IT industry or BPO industry for IT project\xe3\x83\xbbHave good understanding of POS System (Hardware & Software)
\xe3\x83\xbbExperience in troubleshooting for network for more than 1 years
\xe3\x83\xbbPassport for business trip to foreign country
\xe2\x96\xa0PREFER TO HAVE(Advantage)
\xe3\x83\xbbCCNA or some NW certification holder is preferred)
\xe3\x83\xbbExperience in Programing for VBA/JAVA/HTML and SQL
\xe3\x83\xbbAble to read & write in Japanese
\xe3\x83\xbbWork Experience in retail
