Open Position: Senior Purchasing Executive (Retail Industry)
A Retail-based Company is looking for a Senior Purchasing Executive to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities and requirements we are looking for:
- Processing and management of purchase orders to suppliers.
- Follow up on shipment or delivery dates, production schedule, shipment clearance.
- Warehouse and inventory control.
- Source and negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers for best price and payment terms.
- Perform Goods Received Note to confirm goods have been received.
- New vendor management.
- Issue production note to production and store according to production planning.
- Diploma or Degree holder.
- Strong supervisory experience.
- Good planning, organizing and multitasking skills.
