Your new role is to support in maintaining robust information security practices and ensuring information assets and technologies are adequately protected. Assist in providing second line of oversight to monitor organization exposure to technology & cyber risk.


Responsibilities

• Assist to ensure information security strategy, risk appetite, policies and action plans are formulated/updated/implemented to meet Allianz Group and local regulatory RMIT (Risk Management in Technology) information security requirements/expectations.
• Co-ordinate identification, analysis, evaluation and monitoring of technology and information security risk including emerging and ESG across Allianz Malaysia Group and recommend/follow up on appropriate mitigation actions.
• Assist to conduct RCSA workshops with IT stakeholders.
• Monitor and maintain system confidentiality, integrity and availability and manage information security crisis/incidents.
• Develop and monitor IT Key Risk Indicators to manage risk profile.
• Perform continuous improvement process review and activities to ensure quality and relevance of technology and information security practices.
• Assist in the execution of technology projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare the required reports/ materials for RMWC/RMC/BOD/Group/Regional office and local regulatory on a timely basis.
• Maintain an understanding of emerging technology, technology trends and related risks to be able to assess the impact on the business environment and align appropriate mitigation actions or the prioritization of projects and investments.
• Build trustworthy relationships with internal stakeholders by delivering value and risk management advisory services.

Requirements

• Possesses strong knowledge in technology and cyber risks and Local Governance authority RMIT (Risk Management in Technology) & cloud guidelines.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience preferrably in Financial Industry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal and relationship building skills.
