Identify and engage prospective clients across various industries to promote our IT Managed Services.
Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue objectives.
Conduct market analysis to gain insights into client requirements and industry trends.
o Client Relationship Management
Establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Deliver outstanding customer service and ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
o Sales Process Management
Create and present persuasive sales pitches and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate agreements and close deals to achieve or surpass sales targets.
Accurately document sales activities and client interactions within the CRM platform.
o Reporting and Analysis
Submit regular sales reports and progress updates to management.
Evaluate sales performance and market data to uncover opportunities for growth and improvement.
Job Requirement:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the IT or related industry.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal skills
