Account Manager: RM3500 \xe2\x80\x93 RM5000 + Commission + Bonus
Senior Account Manager: RM5000 \xe2\x80\x93 RM8000 + Commission + Bonus
Location:
Petaling Jaya, Selangor
s:
- Take care of existing clients, source and develop new clients.
- Conduct presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Negotiate with clients, develop and present sales proposals/ contracts.
- Plan and conduct direct marketing activities, sales action plans, and schedules.
- Conduct market research and surveys on competitors, market conditions, and product development.
- Participate in sales events, monitor, follow up, and report on sales activities.
- Handle sales inquiries and concerns to ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
- Conduct quality checks on product and service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date filing records and updating sales information in the CRM.
- Prepare and generate or process quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, process delivery orders, and invoices.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in IT, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
- Must possess own transport.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, verbal and written communication skills.
- High adaptability and ability to work in a team.
- Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
