We're seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist to manage POS end-user and IT project sales, building a strong pipeline and leveraging your expertise in a thriving industry.
What You'll Do:
As an IT Sales Specialist, you'll be instrumental in driving our growth by managing the full sales cycle for POS end-user and IT project solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their evolving requirements are consistently met.
Sales Engagements:
Attend appointments individually or with team members, deliver compelling presentations, and interact with clients to secure approvals.
Project Sales & Pipeline Generation:
Proactively identify and sell new prospects, and consistently build and maintain a healthy project sales pipeline for the business.
Financial Follow-up:
Diligently follow up on payment collection to ensure smooth project progression.
Site Engagement:
Conduct site meetings and visits as necessary to understand client environments and project needs
(for Corporate Sales role only).
Proactive Outreach:
Engage new prospects through consistent cold calling
(for Insides Sales role only).
Solution Collaboration:
Work closely with our Support Team to craft accurate and compelling quotations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
Performance Analysis:
Collect and analyze sales information, preparing detailed data and sales reports for strategic insights.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to achieve collective sales goals and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Customer Feedback Loop:
Gather valuable feedback from customers and relay it to our support and development teams for continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For (You might be a perfect fit if):
You possess at least a
Diploma or a Degree in any field
.
You have
at least 1-2 years of proven working experience in the sales field
, with a track record that includes
project experiences in consultancy and solutions
.
You are
self-motivated, dynamic
, and possess
strong initiative
and
interpersonal skills
.
You
possess your own transport and are able to travel extensively
for client meetings and site visits.
You have
strong problem-solving and analytical skills
to understand complex client needs and propose effective solutions.
You are
knowledgeable of current information technology and trends
, particularly in ERP, POS, or retail technology.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
