Base Salary: RM6,000 - RM6,500 + KPI Allowance: Up to RM2,000 per month (based on sales & work performance)

Key Responsibilities
The role focuses on handling inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and closing sales -- primarily for Microsoft solutions such as Office 365, Dynamics 365, Azure Licenses, and license renewals.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries efficiently.
Prepare and send quotations based on customer needs.
Drive sales closures to meet individual and team KPIs.
Manage product portfolios including O365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and other Microsoft licenses.
Support customers from China and Taiwan markets.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of IT sales or IT helpdesk experience.
Must be fluent in Traditional Mandarin (for China/Taiwan markets).
English proficiency: B1 (50/100) - assessment required after interview.
Candidates without sales experience but with IT helpdesk background and extroverted personality are encouraged to apply.
