REQUIREMENTS (Qualification/Experience/Skills) Formal Education: Bachelor of IT, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent Professional Accreditation: Preferred certification: CISSP, CISA, CISM, SANS GIAC Certification Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry): More than 2 years in Information Security related working experience Other skills required: - Good interpersonal and communication skills - High analytical and problem solving skills - Understanding of the evolving security and privacy controls environment, regulatory landscape and risk management techniques, principles and practices - Experience and firm understanding of the development and implementation of information security policies, standards and related procedures - Strong facilitation skills and a clear ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders at all levels, including executive managers and vendors - Ability to work effectively within a team, delivering high performance and business satisfaction - Good written and verbal communication skills with approachable attitude and interpersonal skills to clearly articulate thoughts KEY RESPONSIBILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2 Operationalized identity and access management controls requirement accordingly to internal and external policy requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage ID provisioning & de-provisioning, access management of applications (strategic centralized applications) \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform complete application / OS identity and access management life cycle activities according to policy / standard requirement \xe2\x80\xa2 Translates and understand business requirements and objective, provide strategic advice on IAM solution to achieve goals \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage IT initiatives and collaborate closely with business users, vendor and respective stakeholders to achieve project goals \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure SLA for identity and access management is met \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure continuous improvement and strengthen of IAM governance \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform checker for identity and access management life cycle activities for all applications \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive, develop, support and maintain of Identity & Access Management solutions (IGA, RPA, NetIQ and etc) \xe2\x80\xa2 Supports and implements the IAM solution roadmap \xe2\x80\xa2 Directly involve in compliance and audit activities
