IT Security Engineer
Klang Valley
*Salary RM 7,000 - RM 15,000*

Requirements:

• A university degree or technical qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• At least three years of experience implementing and supporting various cyber security technologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• The ability to describe, detect, and remediate cyber security threats.
• Effective time management skills, as well as the ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A team member with good analytical abilities and a pleasant approach at work.
• Any certification in any cyber security principal accreditation.
• CISSP certification is preferred.
• Other professional certifications, such as, CISA, CEH, etc. would be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance for a variety of cyber security solutions, including firewalls, end points, network intrusion prevention systems, data loss prevention, proxies, email security gateways, web application firewalls, database security firewalls, SIEM, and so on.
• Install, debug, and provide technical documentation for projects and support situations.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of cyber security technology.
• Assume responsibility for any technical action item during the meeting and presentation, and collaborate with suppliers to fix any relevant issues.
• Carry out on-site proof of concept activities, followed by a user acceptability test.

• CISCO - Ironport
• F5 - LC, ASM, LTM, CTM, BIG-IP, NGINX
