  • Manage the delivery of server orders and provide after-sales maintenance to customers.
  • Diagnosing and resolving various hardware, software, server, and network issues.
  • Collect, analyze, and resolve technical issues that customers encounter, both before and after the sale.
  • Adhere to strict work handover protocols and provide consistent and accurate information.
  • Follow the company\'s customer service standards and procedures and stay up-to-date with the latest products and technologies.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company\'s reputation for excellent customer service.
  • Maintain the company\'s private cloud to ensure its secure and smooth operation.
  • Responsible for the acceptance, analysis, handling, and tracking of business system failures.
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in IT or a related field required
  • Fluet in Mandarin (both spoken and written)
  • Proficient in Windows, with basic knowledge of Linux and databases.
  • Familiar with server and storage products as well as network equipment installation.
  • Understand the configuration and maintenance of network switches, routing devices and security products
