Requirements:

At least 3 years working experience in related server/system infrastructure field. Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology / Certificate in Linux or Cloud Infrastructure solution. Candidate certified in Linux, VMware, Hyper-V, Redhat, Ubuntu, Hyper Converged Infrastructure or equivalent academic courses will be an advantages. Preferred Language: Bahasa Melayu, English. Experience before in Linux, Ubuntu, VMware, Hyper-V, Hyper Converged Infrastructure, Backup Solution will be an advantages for interview selection.

Personality:

Good communication skills. Good analytical and problem solving skills. Team player. Self Motivation, High Responsibilities. Able to work independently. Aggressive taking challenges. Important willing to learn. Willing to travel nation-wide. Important with car driving license and own car. Work and stay at Selangor.

Job Tasks:

Installation and implementation with team Support and services while customer facing technical issues via remote, phone, email support. Understand customer requirement and provide suitable technical configuration and policy to customer. Preventive maintenance to existing customers. Prepared technical documentation to project manager, technical leader, management when it needed. Follow any related instructions from leader and/or management.

Working Hours:

9am until 6pm. Monday till Friday (depend on state government), public holiday follow government calendar.
