Job Description

The System Support Engineer will be at the very forefront of the company's customer support on site and are tasked with providing solutions to technical issues raised by customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Provide Installations of both hardware & software. Provide on-site support, training and after-sales services to a customer. Responsible to collect payment from a customer after implementation is completed. Responsible to record customer related information in official document/system as per the company's procedures. Responsible to contact the customer for installation and deployment.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in IT/Computer Science studies. At least 1 or 2 Year(s) of working experience in the IT industry or any relevant field for this position. Fluent in English Language and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in Mandarin speaking will be added advantage to communicate with Mandarin clients. Knowledge in Window application, etc. system backup, antivirus software, remote software. Knowledge in Microsoft Office. Knowledge and experience in Networking. Experience in hardware and software maintenance and PC troubleshooting. Good problem-solving skills and details oriented. Self-motivate, Aggressive and Independent Able to travel with own transport.
