IT Service Desk Analyst
Bayan Lepas, Penang
Position Levels & Salary:
Entry-Level / Junior: RM 3,200 (Includes RM 200 Fixed Allowance + RM 200 Transportation/Parking) Mid-Level / Experienced: RM 4,000 (Includes RM 200 Fixed Allowance + RM 200 Transportation/Parking)
Requirements:
Diploma or higher with 1-2 years of L1 Service Desk / Technical Support experience Good knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office Apps, and Snow Ticketing Tools Strong communication skills in English Able to work office hours or shift basis
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
