Key Responsibilities:
? Provide 1st and 2nd line remote support for software, hardware, and network issues
? Manage incidents, service requests, and technical escalations
? Maintain documentation, knowledge base, and process improvements
? Ensure high service quality, meeting or exceeding SLAs and customer satisfaction
? Collaborate within the Service Desk team to resolve issues efficiently
Requirements:
Hands-on experience supporting:Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, ExchangeVMware, Mobile Device ManagementNetworking (firewalls, routers, switches)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM1,726.31 - RM6,000.00 per month
