Deliver accessible, timely, and professional IT support to resolve user issues effectively.
Be available to take calls and promptly respond to queries via voicemail, email, or fax.
Accurately assess and resolve problems, providing first-level troubleshooting and technical support.
Track incidents and provide first and second-level resolution for issues related to desktops, LAN, centralized infrastructure, WAN, and voice services.
Coordinate employee user account administration, including activation, changes, and terminations.
Receive and manage IT service request calls from users.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
IT-savvy with a good understanding of Windows, email systems, network connectivity, and basic Level 1 troubleshooting.
Possess strong communication skills.
Able to work under pressure and handle 12-hour rotating shifts.
Comfortable working in Singapore.
