Position Overview

Join our dynamic IT team as an IT Service Desk Intern and contribute to enhancing the IT systems and support processes. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while collaborating closely with IT professionals, gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

-Assist in providing technical support for various IT systems, applications, and assets.
-Aid in the registration processes, categorization, and execution of user requests, while ensuring control of request execution.
-Support the development of documentation processes to streamline IT operations.
-Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
-Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of IT processes and procedures.
-Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

-Pursuing a relevant Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma program in the IT Field.
-A minimum 3 months practical duration period, more than 3 months would be preferred.
-Good communication and problem-solving skills;
-High sense of responsibility and analytical thinking.
-Enthusiasm for learning and improving technical skills.
