The company represents only the leaders in engineered materials. We are seeking a top-notch IT Service Desk Technician who has a seasoned record of accurately supporting various IT processes. Job Responsibilities

• Provide timely first contact IT support by means of confirming, repairing & documenting technical issues in accordance with IT policies;
• Process on-boarding, off-boarding and role change requests of staff and endpoint devices;
• Train new staff
• Process laptops and desktops per device lifecycle and documented procedures;
• Maintain accurate documentation content and organized IT work areas (labs, storage, etc);
• Escalate cases based on priority, responsibilities, bandwidth and other business factors;
• Site specific support to alarm systems, entry systems, and other connected technology;
• Use service management system to log incidents \xe2\x80\x93 includes but not limited to priority assessment, categorization and resolution recording;
• Support the IT Manager and Supervisor by means of providing \xe2\x80\x9cvoice of the customer\xe2\x80\x9d and other summarized day-to-day information;
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned;

• Hardware, driver and setup experience for laptops and desktops;
• Track down process issues with help of working instructions;
• Windows 10/11 administration and support;
• Office 365 setup and support;
• Basic understanding of network services (DHCP, DNS, etc.)
• Skill using service management ticketing system;
• Remote hands for advanced networking, server, and ERP support;

• CompTIA A+;
• Manage Engine Desktop Central;
• Experience servicing laptop and desktop hardware;
• Sage 300 (ACCPAC version \xe2\x80\x93 not Real Estate or Construction versions);
• Experience toning and signal mapping network connections;
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP);
