One of the Financial Institutions is hiring for Software Application & Database Support Engineer (Financial Institution) to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

-Good IT Software Applications and Database administration background to understand both functional and technical specifications

-Good experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, solving errors and fixing bug issues within the software applications

-Proactive monitoring SQL database and generating monthly reports to be presented to the management team

-Having a good understanding of IT Service Management processes covering request, incident, problem and etc

-Passionate in providing high-quality software products with a positive attitude

-A team player and enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment
