Job Overview:

We are responsible to provide IT field service activities to all Bosch locations in Malaysia. This includes IT Infrastructure for the plants, services around users\' desktop-environment throughout its life-cycle; supporting the management of local-specific solutions inclusive of plan, initiate and execute site-specific IT solutions, identifying training needs regarding BD-products and services, performing IT engagement and consultancy, and streamlining of local applications and servers with central CI strategies and solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Primarily responsible for supporting all Bosch locations in Malaysia.
  • Responsible for IT End Clients Solutions and Support: Client Workplace support including mobile apps and cloud workplace, Unified Communication & Collaboration support, Cloud storage solution, and various services provided by BD
  • Performing Base Service Consulting within IT Space and Use Case Solutions consulting
  • Be the front lines and Customer Service of BD to the Bosch users as the customers; Providing consultation and solution align with BD strategy and Bosch policy
  • Coordinating and collaborating with various business stakeholders for IT project in Penang;
  • Ensuring Bosch IT product rollout is in line with Bosch quality standard for project management
  • Complete documentation for IT project in line with Bosch project management standard;
  • Coordinating and collaborating with various business stakeholders to optimize their requirements to ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability to meet business demands including define roles and responsibilities, support system, backup system;
  • Implement policies, procedures, and technologies to ensure application and database security adhered with Bosch standard
  • Complete documentation for all IT support activities in line with Bosch IT Service Management framework
  • Responsible for IT Service Management Processes and its tool, SMT (Service Management Toolkit);
  • Analyze breach and perform measurement to rectify issue;
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the measurement; and
  • Conduct 5-Why analysis for High and Critical Priority Ticket.
  • Supporting other team member of BD/PFP3-AS in their responsibility, especially related with IT Infrastructure, Asset Management, and Bosch IT strategy.
  • IT Manufacturing & Industry 4.0 Collaboration
  • Coordinate and collaborate with various business stakeholders to optimise their requirements to ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability to meet business demands; including define Roles & Responsibilities, support system, backup system
  • Implement policies, procedures, and technologies to ensure application and database security adhered with Bosch Standard
  • Complete documentation for ITM & I4.0 Support activities in line with Bosch IT Service Management framework, which currently is following ITIL v3 Framework
Qualifications

What you\'ll need to have to succeed in this role:
  • Personality: motivated, strong in communication, cooperative in working with colleagues and external parties, assertive personality, ready to travel on occasional business trips.
  • Working Style: independent, result- and quality-oriented and reliable.
  • Experience and Knowledge: Experience in Manufacturing environment is required. Experience in supporting Microsoft application and system is preferred. Previous experience in ITIL-framework IT environment and/or ITM IT for Manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Enthusiasm: Have great passion toward achieving his/her goals and strong personal commitment toward ensuring success or closure.
  • Languages: good proficiency in English language.
  • Education: Computer Science, IT Networking or equivalent. CCNA, CCNP / CCNE certified is an advantage, ITIL certification is an advantage
