Solution architect to tag with sales representative to develop new service opportunities
Identification of customer needs (business and technical), related needs, site-specific, corporate parameters, constraints and required project steps.
Identifies likely problem areas that require attention
Identifies information on competitors and product roll-out data/training needs
Architecture of appropriate technical solution
Investigation, adaptation and optimization of solution design to requirements
Establishment of the validity of a solution and its components by creating appropriate test plan
Identification of the growth path and scalability options of a solution and potential challenges
Communications with customer executive management and business executives globally, building customer loyalty
Representation as technical expert with customers and advancing opportunities through the use of effective consultative selling techniques
Conduct and prepare POCs for upsell / cross-sell solutions
Delivering of customer workshops as appropriate for further understanding of issues and buy-in to proposal
Actively supports the sales team with solution advice, proposals, presentations, and other customer communications
Play leadership roles in peer education programs
Facilitating smooth transition from sales to implementation
Preparing and running functional design workshops including the creation of design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and customer requirements]
bachelor's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in professional consulting for IT infrastructure or end user computing.
Experience in network System integrator industry
Technical and/or solution experience in IT networking industry preferred.
