Job Description


Job Responsibility Responsible and performs administrative, office support and coordination with all departments Provide IT support for laptops, Outlook, Windows, Microsoft 365 raised internally Managing and monitoring all installed hardware, software, network devices, website and social media platform related issues Responsible and perform troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, server, emails, printers, scanners and other network and system problems with outsourced IT providers Prepare laptops for new joiners and ensure all necessary software are installed and accessible Source for IT solution to support business operation if needed and provide support to the current system. Assist on ad-hoc administrative tasks when necessary Job Requirements Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent field Candidates with at least one (1) year of working experience in the relevant field IT is a must Basic knowledge about laptop troubleshooting (software/hardware) Ability to work independently with a minimal supervision Responsible to provide excellent support on timely manner Good communication skills and thrive on prompt problem solving Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks Job Benifits Group Insurance 5-Day week Free Parking
