Job Description
Responsibilities:
Administer, support, and maintain IT-related hardware, software, and network infrastructure to ensure seamless and continuous operations. Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks on networking systems, servers, VOIP, CCTV, door access systems, and other IT equipment. Assist in the implementation and upgrading of new software, hardware, and network systems. Coordinate with IT vendors/suppliers for configuration, installation, and issue resolution of network equipment. Contribute to long-term planning for IT equipment upgrades and replacements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field. 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT support.

Basic understanding of common IT tools and concepts (i.e. Windows/Linux, Firewall, VPN, Email) Cloud knowledge (i.e. M365, AWS) is a plus.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
