Through collaboration between our colleagues, partners and customers, we strive to enrich the society through constant innovation and development of solution-driven tools.Job Brief:Responsible in providing first level support through taking calls and handling the resulting incidents or service requests using the incident management and request fulfillment processes. Escalating incidents that are unable to resolve at first level to IT engineer for second level support and track the incidents until closure.Job Responsibilities:Responsible for providing level 1 printing support like checking on paper jam, changing of toner and escalate to service team for onsite support.Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support on helpdesk matters including but not limited to troubleshooting network operating system, software and hardware problemsWork within a ticketing system and create documentation for new processesProvide training as and when needed to customers to maximize the potential of existing technologyTaking new users through the orientation processProviding recommendations about support and information accessMaintaining an updated inventory of software, hardware and resourcesPerforming any other IT related duties assigned.Prepare and resolve log tickets on any users request attended and close the ticket upon issue resolved.Responsible for documenting case studies and relevant IT processes and procedures, and adding to the knowledge base of the organization.Job Requirements:Able to travel within Klang ValleyHands-on Technical skills (preferably with Standard Microsoft applications)ITIL understanding or certification is an advantage.Able to communicate and well spoken.If this role sounds like the opportunity you are looking for, don't hesitate to apply and let us discuss further![NOTE] We regret to inform you that only shortlisted candidates will be reached out.
