Key Responsibilities

Own Sophos/FortiGate: policies/NAT, IPsec VPN, SSL VPN (MFA), logs, firmware & config backups.

Operate site?to?site VPN (HQ ? L1/L3/L4); monitor latency/uptime; coordinate ISPs.

Manage LAN/VLANs, Wi?Fi (corp/guest), DNS/DHCP, QoS; maintain IP plan & diagrams.

Admin Windows Server/AD DS: DNS, DHCP, GPO, file shares/NTFS permissions; (nice?to?have: DFS, RDS Gateway).

Patching & monitoring (e.g., PRTG/Zabbix): servers, firewalls, services.

Backups & DR: 3?2?1 for AD System State & file shares; monthly test?restores; offsite copy.

Security & compliance: least?privilege, AV/EDR coverage, change records, audit readiness.

Documentation & reporting: runbook/IPAM updated; weekly health notes & monthly KPI.

Minimum Requirements

0-3 years' experience in networking and/or Windows Server administration (multi?site is a plus).

Fresh graduates and candidates with related working experience are encouraged to apply.

Hands?on with Sophos or FortiGate firewalls, IPsec & SSL VPN.

Strong AD/GPO, DNS/DHCP, SMB/NTFS, RDP basics; backup/restore know?how.

Clear communicator (English & BM; Mandarin a plus).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
