Job Description
Key Skills:
Trade Innovation (TI): Installation, setup, and workflow expertise Programming Language (Java / C#) Debugging tools (Visual Studio, Eclipse, Solaris Studio) Databases: SQL proficiency Messaging & Integration: XML, JSON, JMS (ActiveMQ), Tomcat
Responsibilities:
Connect with client environments to collect logs, replication steps, and details for case investigation. Perform in-depth technical analysis of reported issues in line with policies and SLAs. Collaborate with teams to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction. Develop simple scripts or tools to support troubleshooting (with senior guidance when needed).
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
