Responsibilities:
Provide
first-level technical support
for hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving
system, application, and connectivity problems
.
Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of
PCs, laptops, servers, and networking devices
.
Manage
IT asset system (Snipe-IT)
and
ticketing system (Hesk)
.
Troubleshoot IT issues with
desktops, laptops, printers, projectors/beamers, and other networked/collaboration devices
.
Install and configure new IT laptops/desktops, ensuring proper setup and timely delivery.
Provide timely updates on hardware installations and IT issue resolutions.
Support end-users on
hardware and software-related problems
via phone, email, or in-person.
Collaborate with the IT team on various projects, preventive and corrective maintenance, and documentation.
Requirements:
Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Computer Science, IT Hardware, Networking, or related field.
Basic knowledge of
operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
and IT troubleshooting.
Familiarity with
networking concepts
(VLAN, trunking, cabling, switches, routers, wireless APs).
Knowledge of
server environments (Windows/Linux)
and cloud services is an advantage.
Security awareness and understanding of
IT best practices

Strong passion for technology, enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
