Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for end users.
Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and network devices.
Help monitor system performance and ensure IT infrastructure runs smoothly.
Provide technical support through ticketing systems, email, or onsite assistance.
Assist with system updates, backups, and basic cybersecurity practices.
Participate in inventory management of IT equipment and assets.
Document technical procedures, solutions, and updates.
Collaborate with IT team on ongoing projects and tasks as required.
