Responsibilities ?????

Manage the delivery of server orders and provide after-sales maintenance to customers.

Diagnosing and resolving various hardware, software, server, and network issues.

Collect, analyze, and resolve technical issues that customers encounter, both before and after the sale.

Adhere to strict work handover protocols and provide consistent and accurate information.

Follow the company's customer service standards and procedures and stay up-to-date with the latest products and technologies.

Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for excellent customer service.

Requirements ?????

Minimum Diploma/Degree in I IT technology or a related field required

????????IT??????????/??

Fluet in Mandarin (both spoken and written)

Proficient in Windows, with basic knowledge of Linux and databases.

Familiar with server and storage products as well as network equipment installation.

Understand the configuration and maintenance of network switches, routing devices and security products

????????????????????????

Able to work in rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night shifts
